Payment is via PayPal where your credit card details are taken securely. I do not directly take or store your credit or debit card details on our site.

In order to process and dispatch your order the following details will be collected:

• name

• contact information including email address

• demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

None of the information gathered is ever passed on to third parties.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. I am always happy to accomodate where I can so please get in touch if you require your item sooner.

All items over £30 will require a signature on delivery.

Deliveries should not be accepted if they arrive in a damaged condition.

I reuse packaging where I can and avoid plastics where possible. Any new packaging I purchase is sourced with environmental impact in mind. I take pride in my products so all items are packaged with care.
